Hitachi TM3030 Tabletop Microscope

The TM3030 features improved electron optics, higher magnification, and built-in image processing to further enhance image quality and resolution at lower accelerating voltage.

Overview

Since the introduction the TM-1000 Tabletop SEM in 2005, Hitachi has been providing market leading tabletop SEMs for a wide range of applications. The new TM3030 Tabletop SEM extends the successes of its predecessors with enhanced image quality and superior contrast, opening a new gateway to innovation and SEM utility.

  • Unparalleled image quality with enhanced sharpness and contrast

  • Simple "One-Click" for automatic operation, including start, focus, brightness and contrast.

  • Accommodates the 5-kV, 15-kV, and EDX modes, simplifying condition setup
  • Compact tabletop system with a smooth magnification from 15x up to 30,000x (digital zoom: 2x and 4x)
  • Topographic imaging with a large depth of focus
  • No sample preparation needed, even for large or non-conductive specimens
  • Optional Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometer (EDX) for microanalysis and element mapping of Boron to Uranium
  • Optional 3-dimensional image display/measurement function available

The TM3030 Tabletop Microscope covers a wide range of industrial and academic applications and research, including materials, entomology, medica, food, botany, cosmetics, semiconductor, textiles, environmental, and more.
