Analysis of Glyphosate Herbicides Using the Hitachi LaChrom Elite® Liquid Chromatography System and Sensivate EliteTM Post Column Reactor
This application note shows a highly reproducible (>2.0% RSD) method for analyzing glyphosate herbicides. The Sensivate Elite post column reactor is used to derivatize these herbicides into low level detectable fluorescent compounds. The Hitachi LaChrom Elite was used to analyze the sample conforming to EPA Method 547.
