The Company was founded in 1965 as "Hitachi Instruments Service Co., Ltd.", providing field service and parts sales for all Hitachi scientific and Measuring instruments, and later changed its name to Hitachi High-Tech Fielding Corporation in 2006.
For the past 60 years, we have always put the customer-first, and have used the high technical capabilities and extensive know-how we have cultivated through our services to provide value that leads to problem-solving for our customers. In the event of an earthquake or flood, we have utilized our nationwide network to strongly support our customers' business continuity by urgently dispatching engineers and swiftly supplying parts. We will continue to create new service value by utilizing digital technologies such as IoT and AI to provide satisfaction and excitement to our customers while flexibly responding to all changes in society and the business environment.
In addition, in recent years, the way we work has changed dramatically due to new coronavirus infections, diversification of business, and accelerating globalization. We will respond flexibly to changes in the environment and promote the creation of an environment in which employees can work with vigor and vitality.
And we aim to be the best partner to co-create the next step with our customers who are striving for the businesses that support our lives, such as research and development in cutting-edge fields, manufacturing, and social infrastructure systems.
