Use of Expertise on Demand (EoD) Remote Assist App

If you use our EoD Remote Assist service as part of a service contract with us, we collect and process the information required processing your support case as well as information provided by you.

For registration, your first name, surname, e-mail address and the associated company data (company name and address, telephone number and your role in the company) and a password of your choice are collected. Access is only granted with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR, which you can give when you start using the App.

Google Dynamic Remarketing and DoubleClick

We continue to use the remarketing function Dynamic Remarketing and the online marketing tool DoubleClick, (provider: Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Both features use cookies to deliver ads relevant to users, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent users from seeing the same ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to help identify which ads are served on which browser, so it can prevent them from being shown more than once. Google may also use cookie IDs to track conversions related to ad requests. The remarketing feature also enables Google to show visitors ads related to content that visitors have previously viewed on other websites that also use Google's remarketing feature. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not process any personal data, but your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the server of Google Inc. when you visit our websites; at least your IP address is transmitted to Google Inc.
