Hitachi Instrument (Suzhou), Ltd., began its biodiversity conservation activities in fiscal 2021. Through these activities, we are working to protect the environment in neighboring areas and raise the environmental awareness of our employees.

Activities on the premises
Cherry trees (Somei Yoshino and Yoshino cheery trees) are being planted under a three-year plan starting in fiscal 2021, and as a result of activities in April 2023, the final stage of the plan, a total of 22 trees were planted on the site premises.
Through this program, the Company site is becoming more green and employees gained a deeper understanding of the important of measures to protect biodiversity. In the future, we hope to continue preserving the environment at the site and deepening employee awareness and understanding of the environment.
Activities near the company
In addition to environmental activities on the premises, volunteer employees have also started cleaning activities in the suburbs of Suzhou In fiscal 2022, implementation was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but through such activities, we will continue to preserve the natural environment that nurtures many creatures.
