A powerful tool for material-microstructure observation and composition analysis
This ultrahigh-resolution scanning electron microscope is essential for the research and development of carbon and macromolecular materials used for lithium-ion batteries. The microscope features a Schottky FE electron gun that supports an extensive range of analytical methods from observation at ultra-low acceleration voltages to high-speed analysis that requires a high irradiation current.
The microscope can also enable the automatic acquisition of a large amount of data by equipping it with an automatic optical adjustment function and an optional function that supports automatic data acquisition.
