By using cool stage (Option), air bubbles in chocolate mousse and a mixing state of the materials are observed. TM4000II/4000PlusII offers an optional Cool Stage made by DEBEN, which can be cooled to -25°C. The cool stage may prevent from moisture evaporation or heating damage.

Cooling System

The cooling stage for the TM4000II is manufactured by Deben UK, Ltd. The stage is coolable -25°C. This stage allows for observation and analysis of samples containing water for up to a couple of hours without deformation of samples from the vacuum pressure.
