Notice of Operation Transfer for HORIBA Ltd.'s EMAX Series

The termination of OEM agreement between Oxford Instruments plc and HORIBA Ltd for Horiba's EMAX series for electron microscope accessories has been announced. HORIBA's EMAX products have been discontinued and all support operations have been transferred to Oxford Instruments.
Details regarding the transfer, such as changes to contact channels, will be handled between HORIBA, HORIBA Techno Service Co., Ltd., and Oxford Instruments.

Transfer Details

1. Sales of detectors, including EDX, WDＳ, and EBSD
   Please note that warranties for products sold and delivered before the transfer will be honored by HORIBA Ltd. for one-year from the delivery date.
2. Services regarding detectors, including EDX, WDS, and EBSD (such as repairs, inspections and maintenance contracts)
   This excludes HORIBA's EDX-5000/7000.
