On April 1, 2024, the Healthcare Business Division of Hitachi, Ltd. was transferred to Hitachi High-Tech, and the service operations were outsourced to our company. 43 employees from the Medical Analysis System Service Department were transferred to our company.
The Medical Instruments 2nd Dept. was newly established in the Life & Medical Service Division, and the organization is being strengthened by integrating the Medical Instruments 1st Dept. and the Medical Instruments Sect. at eight branches, excluding the Ome Annex (from FY 2022, the woffice sharing has started at eight branches of our company with the aim of achieving synergistic effects in the service business).

We are working to create various synergies, such as strengthening our ability to respond to customers by making Multi-skilling of Medical Instruments 2nd Dept. products of Medical Instruments 1st Dept. engineer, and unifying the contact point through comprehensive maintenance.
It will contribute to the strengthening of the Hitachi Group's healthcare business and to the further expansion of its service business in the fields of automated laboratory testing systems and in vitro diagnostic equipment.
