Under the theme of "The World of Services in the Near Future", we solicited free and exciting future ideas from our employees.
How will our work change as the market environment, the shape of services, and the way we work change?
What is the vision of the future as envisioned by our employees?

Service network for the era
of 100-year lifespans

In Japan, the working population is declining, and I think that securing engineers will be an issue for our company as well, so how about building up a service network with senior human resources from our company who are scattered throughout the country?
If we can form a partnership in the form of a partner agreement, I think we can provide a more community-based response that will give our customers a sense of security, while also helping to secure employment for the elderly.
We also play a role in feeding back information we obtain in the field to the manufacturer, so that it can lead to highly serviceable product design. This will make it possible to simplify the structure of the device in the future, and if it becomes possible to simplify the replacement and repair of parts in the same way as changing light bulbs, it will also become possible to utilize a wide range of human resources. If this happens, customers will be able to repair the equipment themselves, and if they request our company to handle the problem, our senior staff will be able to respond to their needs, giving them a wider range of options and a flexible response that meets their individual needs. In the era of people living to be 100, don't you think we need an environment where senior human resources can work with vitality and also provide customers with added value.
