How will our work change as the market environment, the shape of services, and the way we work change?
What is the vision of the future as envisioned by our employees?
I think there is a future where everything from blood collection to reporting test results can be done fully automatically. I think there is a need for automation, considering the shortage of staff at hospitals and testing institutions due to the declining working population, and the increase in the number of tests in an aging society.
It would be great if you could just hold your hand over it to take blood! I hope that I can use needles that are less painful for patients.
