An analysis method of 21 standard amno acid constituents has been developed. In this method, separation of MetSON and Asp is better than before and an internal standard substance norleucine (Nle) is added in order to accurately analyze a sample oxidized by performic acid. In addition, two more analysis methods have been developed and introduced in this document. These 3 methods use the same column and eluent, enabling analysis of various samples without column exchange.
