Announcement on AFM and CSI Product Sales
Dear Customer,
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support and patronage.
We hereby inform you that the following products will be discontinued:
- Scanning Probe Microscope AFM100 Series
- Scanning Probe Microscope System AFM5500MII
- Nano 3D Optical Interference Microscope VS1800 Series
Sales of the main units and optional accessories will be terminated once the planned production quantity is reached, even prior to the official end of production. Consumables and maintenance/support services for the above products will be available for a period of seven years from the production end date. For other discontinued products not listed above, maintenance and support will continue until the respective support period ends. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause to our customers who have been using our AFM and CSI products. We kindly ask for your understanding and continued support.
