Hitachi High-Tech to donate to support the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake relief efforts
Tokyo, August 3, 2026 – Hitachi High-Tech Corporation ("Hitachi High-Tech") extends its deepest sympathies to all those affected by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake and its sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives.
Hitachi High-Tech today announced that it will donate a total of 5 million yen (Approx. 31 thousand U.S. dollar) to the Japanese Red Cross Society to support relief efforts for people affected by the disaster.
Hitachi High-Tech wishes for the earliest possible recovery of the affected areas.
