VLC provides characterization service by wafer level for PIC(Photonics Integrated Circuit).
VLC have been operating for test service with one unit, but the second unit was installed and started operating recently.
The operation of multiple units enables flexible measurement for customers.
Mass production of photonics integrated circuit has increased the importance of characterization.
By determining the quality of chips/dies(KGD) at the Wafer Level, we can contribute to improving customer manufacturing yield.
