PT. Hitachi High‑Tech Indonesia (HTJ) and PT Geoservices Strengthen Collaboration to Advance Automated Mineralogy and Digital Transformation

Installation of New SEM and AMICS System

As of April 2026, Hitachi High‑Tech Indonesia has successfully installed the new SEM SU3900 system equipped with newest AMICS version 5.2 at PT Geoservices.

With this new system, PT Geoservices significantly enhances its automated mineralogy capabilities, enabling higher‑resolution imaging, faster mineral classification, and more reliable quantitative analysis. This advancement supports a wide range of applications, from exploration and process optimization to research studies.

Following the system installation, Hitachi High‑Tech Indonesia and PT Geoservices have been actively conducting joint marketing activities to promote this advanced technology to Mining, Oil & Gas, Geothermal, and Mineral Processing companies.

The collaboration also extends to:

  • Joint research projects with universities and industry partners
  • Participation in industry events, seminars, and exhibitions
  • Delivery of workshops, technical presentations, and seminars to share expertise and practical knowledge in Automated Mineralogy

These initiatives aim to foster innovation, build technical competence, and accelerate technology adoption across the industry.

Looking Ahead

We hope that this strategic collaboration will create long‑term value for customers, strengthen Indonesia’s analytical and research capabilities, and contribute to the sustainable development of the natural resource sector through advanced technology and digital innovation.

Through close partnership with PT Geoservices, Hitachi High‑Tech Indonesia remains committed to delivering cutting‑edge solutions, supporting industry transformation, and expanding its presence both domestically and globally.
