Features
High-speed and compact transport line
A dedicated transport line for empty sample holders is installed beneath the main transport line, preventing congestion and ensuring smooth sample workflow.
One-stop operation
4 drawers for 50-position tray for each Input and Output Buffer Module allow continuous sample loading and unloading.
RFID-tagged single sample holder
Eliminates time‐consuming barcode reading in transportation lines.
Continuous loading
A large-capacity consumables storage area reduces the frequency of refilling and replacement.
The system can store 3,000 sample cups, 3,000 sealing caps, and 3,000 secondary sample tubes.
These consumables can be replenished even during operation.
Furthermore, the automatic consumables supply function and the thermal paper labels (5,000 labels per roll) support improved operational efficiency.
A new approach to error handling.
Alarm output timing is controlled to trigger upon transfer of an error sample is to the Output Buffer Module, rather than at any point of error detection.
In the case of an aliquoting error, both the primary and secondary samples are collected into a dedicated error tray, reducing the effort required for error handling.
In addition, LED lights are positioned at the top of each module, allowing the operational status to be visible from a distance which significantly enhances overall workflow efficiency.
