Hitachi High-Tech America Has Started Offering Analytical Services in Hillsboro, Oregon

October 6, 2025 – Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. (HTA) has started new analytical services at its location in Hillsboro, Oregon. The lab offers analysis with its state-of-the-art Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM and FE-SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM), Focused Ion Beam Systems (FIB and FIB-SEM), Critical Dimension Scanning Electron Microscopes (CD-SEM), and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS).
