Manufacturing Environment Monitoring System ZigMo

Manufacturing environment monitoring system ZigMo integrates monitoring and operation features that was developed from wireless network and plant control system EX series. It is used in a variety of industries such as pharmaceutical, electronic parts manufacturing, and others.

Special Features

1. Can be used immediately after introduction

It is an all-in-one package that includes engineering functions, monitoring and operation, and data collection. It can be used immediately on the day it is introduced.

2. Low Cost

You can build the system at low cost through packaging and installation of a simple wireless system.

3. Easy to installation and maintenance

The installation can easily be done using wireless system, by just placing the sensor node. Moreover, the sensor node have a long-term battery drive that will make it easier to maintain.

4. Conforms to legal regulations

ZigMo conforms to the GMP and other requirements for pharmaceutical products.

Extension Sensor Node

Extension Sensor Node
4 to 20mA Input The output signal 4 to 20mA DC of each type of processing sensor is transmitted wirelessly (Zigbee). This is suitable for centralized monitoring of field equipment.
Contact Point Input The start/stop contact signals of of various equipment are transmitted wirelessly (ZigBee). This is suitable for operation and status monitoring.
Pulse Input The pulse rates from the flowmeter and watt-hour meter are counted and transmitted wirelessly (ZigBee). This is suitable for utility and power monitoring.
RS-232C, RS-485 Input Connect the RS-232C and RS-485 device wirelessly (ZigBee). The signals from the existing equipment can be captured through the Zigmo.


Monitoring Features

As a standard monitoring screen, the measurement list display screen and trend display screen are available. Monitoring of measurement is possible in real time. In addition, because it has an alarm monitoring screen and form creation function as standard features, it will help in the creation of reports and understanding abnormal occurrence.
