Rapid Analysis of Azole Antifungal Drugs in Topical Formulations Using the Hitachi LaChromUltraTM Liquid Chromatography System
Azole antifungal medications show long retention times when using conventional HPLC. Using Hitachi's LaChromUltraTM rapid LC system, the run times for 3 azole antifungals was reduced by up to 10-fold. These methods save analytical labs money through solvent usage, hazardous waste disposal, and higher through-put sample analysis.
