This is the volume rendering of reconstruction of tilt-series images by the TBR, an unique reconstruction method available to compen sate a missing zone of samples.You'll notice that the distribution of clathrin-coated vesicle and caveola would be like the fairyland of microbial.

At 64th photo contest hosted by the Japanese Society of Microscopy in 2008.
