Golden orca "Kinshachi". Si block was cut the size of about 10 µm using NB5000 Hitachi FIB-SEM, in which pre-cut Si block set on the 3D analysis holder and prepared in the shape of a golden orca "Kinshachi".
As a gardian, and as wealth symbol of OWARI-NAGOYA, the Kinshachi has been familiar with the area. And it's still shining, even it become µ-size by the FIB technique.
